Metal Stairs, Platforms & Mezzanines
Pierce Steel takes great pride in our fabrications that we offer our customers. Our platforms, mezzanines and heavy-duty stairways are no exception. These products provide safety, access, improved workflow and additional storage to a facility. From small crossovers, large safety work platforms or roof access stair assemblies our Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliant designs can be engineered and certified to your specifications. All our fabrications are durable enough for indoor or outdoor use, and are typically used in residential, commercial or industrial settings.
Using our 3D CAD/CAM technology, we can layout your design and provide drawings to you prior to fabrication. Upon approval, we will use our on-site CNC technologies to cut the required materials and our American Welding Society (AWS) certified welders will fabricate your project. Our stringent inspection and testing guidelines will ensure your project is built to the highest quality and standards. Progress photos and meetings can be held to ensure your project remains on task and meets your expectations.
Upon completion of fabrication, the project will be shop assembled to ensure a flawless install at your facility. We finish it off with the coating(s) of your choosing, securely package all materials and include well defined installation drawings and instructions with shipping.
