Pipe Fabrication & Fitting Services
Pierce Steel is a reliable provider of a wide variety of pipe fitting services. Our capabilities also include pipe and tube fabrication including CNC pipe cutting and bending. All fabrication and welding are done by American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) and American Welding Society (AWS) certified welders. We have Inspection Test Plans (ITP’s) for each order. All welds are inspected by a Certified Weld Inspector (CWI). Pierce Steel offers quality pipe welding services in a multitude of processes on all kinds of materials including carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
Our certified weld procedures include:
- Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW) - Metal Inert Gas (MIG)
- Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) - Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG)
- Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW)
- Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) - (Stick)
