Pierce Steel Fabricators Inc. produces a wide variety of steel sawhorses. These steel sawhorses can be made to custom specifications and have capacities that are certified by a Professional Engineer (PE) to withstand the loads they are engineered to hold.
OSHA Compliant and Structurally Certified (PE)
Our industrial heavy duty steel sawhorses are OSHA compliant. Each heavy duty steel sawhorse is designed by a Licensed Professional Engineer to safely hold a specific load. The capacity is clearly stenciled on each sawhorse. We provide a certificate of conformance for the design with each order.
Fully Welded Construction by AWS Certified Welders
Our PE-certified Steel Sawhorses are made with quality steel and are fully welded by American Welding Society (AWS) certified welders. All welds and joints are thoroughly inspected to meet our stringent quality specifications by our Certified Weld Inspectors (CWI).
Can be Custom Made to Customer's Specifications
Pierce Steel Fabricators Inc. can produce custom steel sawhorses designed to your specifications for dimension and load-bearing capacities. Our AWS-certified welders will craft to your specifications and our Professional Engineer (PE) will certify each as having met the design and load-bearing capacity.
Capacity is Stenciled and Stamped on Each Saw Horse
Our team will provide an industrial paint coating for protection and will stencil each steel saw horse with the capacity that they are designed for.
